RA’s Market Strategy Guide

GM friends! Dropping a different kind of post in here this morning so everyone is on the same page with how this market will likely play out and how I personally will be playing it.

First let’s talk $ETH. We are currently in what some call $ETH season. A period of brief outperformance where both $BTC and the alt market bleed to ethereum. As stated from the pico bottom I was heavily scaling not into just micros but MAINLY ethereum. So far that has panned out to be the best risk adjust reward in the market with a move up 212% from the bottom on spot while alts lag hard.

Where Does It Go Now?

Time to get into some technicals.
- Things to pay attention to scale out of the ethereum position are the ETH/BTC chart, ETH/BTC Marketcap ratio, and ETH.D.
- I would make my wager that both ETH/BTC chart and ETH.D have bottomed for the cycle because ETH/USD entered the bottom of the logarithmic regression band “going home” as some call it. ETH/BTC we will likely see make a few higher lows as liquidity rotates back to Bitcoin a few times before the cycle tops. Won’t be a straight candle up. They also bounced off the same levels they bottomed in the previous cycles.
- I’m targeting 0.053 on ETH/BTC based on the 0.5 Fib retracement from one cycle top to another. I’m also targeting around 16.5% on ETH.D using similar logic with now the 0.618 fib.
- Previous eth tops have correlated to 35% the market cap of BTC. At current prices that’s 6k, or at 150k $BTC that’s an 8k ETH which falls right into my price prediction. I still think the best play is to hold onto $ETH instead of trying to time these rotations back to bitcoin.

What will Altcoins Do?

Altcoins look to be bleeding to $ETH right now. Looking for the overall altcoin market to finally bottom against bitcoin before a big move up. Doesn’t mean I’m bearish on the USD pairs but I think in the next few weeks a higher low on ETH/BTC will correspond with a lower low on Alts/BTC as it did back in June. From there we begin start towards “alt season” after many large caps will bottom against BTC. Keep in mind altszn doesn’t really start usually till $BTC tops, in my eyes this is likely in the next 3-4months.

A likely September rate cut + continued treasury buys + seasonality should likely result in big moves in $ETH and our alts by EOY. Still holding all our bags with high conviction as they WILL move, it’s simply a matter of time.

Moral of the story we might see a September pullback then up. We have every reason to be insanely bullish on an EOY time horizon. SEND EVERYTHING!

Will be updating on levels I begin to scale out of large caps as well. Micros will likely be the last for a "parabolic run" however I see short-mid term them printing some really good X's while the market as a whole sends.
