COULD COVID VACCINES ALTER THE HUMAN DNA?

On December 12th, a scientific paper was published showing that the human DNA is changed by the SARS CoV-2 RNA vaccine via a process called reverse transcriptase:

The new group of vaccines including those made by Pfizer and Moderna use a new mRNA technology.  According to the Information for Healthcare Professionals on the UK government website, the mechanism of action is called transfection, where foreign genetic material, mRNA, is introduced into human cells.
