Perhaps the prosecution of election fraud was a fail because the military would have has to invoke marshal law throughout all the contested states to protect all the lawyers, witnesses and judges engaged. It just makes more sense from a tactical strategy to militarize the Capital and the Courts to hold all the election fraud, sedition, and treason trials. What I heard last night in Mel K's voice chat room, from what I feel to be a very reliable source, is that these lawsuits represent the very LAST 'civilian' measures/attempts to process the overwhelming election fraud evidence via non-military methods.
