- Updated all database data to 3428 client version (items/drop/stats/quests/skills and etc.)

If you cant run launcher with Crash report - then just wait for next maintance in 2-3 hour and after it will be solved.
If you cant run client/launcher then - disable torrent client (for prevent conflicts) and make force file check in launcher.
If u loading now and progress too slow - then close launcher and run again.
