If you cant run launcher with Crash report - then just wait for next maintance in 2-3 hour and after it will be solved.
If you cant run client/launcher then - disable torrent client (for prevent conflicts) and make force file check in launcher.
If u loading now and progress too slow - then close launcher and run again.

Requirements on another character to skip seasonal quests:
-Already completed all of the Mediah main quest line (press O key then Main tab)
-Up to “[Pet] Bareeds’ Junaid” from Bareeds III (Suggested quest tab under “[ADV Support] Pets, Loyal Companions”)
