Did Ned Stark name Robb after King Robert Baratheon?

He gave him the name Robb but his full name would have been Robbert Stark, because he respected his friend. But everyone called him Robb.

Are all of the White Walkers except NK from Craster?

I was just thinking about this and Craster apparently had like a shit ton of sons. We barely see that many WW in the show. Why is it only Craster babies? Do the babies have to be given freely?

I'm just wondering why it's only Craster's babies, I mean people probably don't sacrifiece their babies but I'd assume they'd be able to find many pregnant women in the free folk villages they found and could've had thousands of walkers, maybe requirement of old magic? Was this ever explained in the books?
