Why can't the lords/kings of Westeros hire Faceless Men to kill their rivals?

Hi All,
Actually, I had a doubt for a long time:

Why can't the lords/kings of Westeros hire Faceless Men to kill their rivals?

Like, why didn't Robert hire a Faceless Man to kill Daenerys? And the same goes for Cersei and Dany.

I have been searching for the answer for a long time, got some answers from some sources but nothing satisfied me.
Here aresome of the answers I got:

1.Faceless Men are very expensive. LOL. If the lords and kings cannot hire a Faceless Man, who the fuck can? If they are that expensive, how are they running their business? Cersei brought the entire Golden Company, but she can't afford a Faceless Man? I think it's an easier way to get rid of Dany, right?

2.For honor, they don't hire Faceless Men. Fuck honor. People like Cersei and Littlefinger didn't care about honor. All they wanted was the fucking Iron Throne.

And many more, which didnt satisfied me. Open for your thoughts.
