Who read the books before the show?
If you had, what was it like watching the show? I haven't read the books at all, and only just watched the show for the first time in the past few months.

What was it like? I can only compare it to movies based on books that I have read, and they are always fairly disappointing. This was such a long show, based on a handful of books. I know the ending was disappointing to many, but what are your thoughts on the show in its entirety?

I’m sure it’s been asked loads before but what is the worst line in the show?
Mine has to be ‘Without Littlefinger and Ramsay and the rest, I would have stayed a little bird all my life.’
Sansa is my favourite character but she was one of the characters the writers just didn’t know what to do with and they ended up butchering her so much, like she would never give credit to the people who abused her

How did Stannis escape from the Battle of Blackwater?
When last we see him, he has breached the castle walls and is handily killing the defending soldiers. Then Tywin’s army arrives and sends his forces packing. But how did he escape? It seems like he would have been easily captured. ( I’ve never read the books…)
