If new lands to be found west of Westeros, what name could they give it (or you would like it to be named as)?

Newbie to the show - GoT S2E4

As title suggests, I've never seen the show nor read the books. I've managed to stay away from a lot of the cultural zeitgeust surrounding the show, save for a couple of low-level spoilers (ie Daenerys being Mother of Dragons).

I've started watching it with my partner and I can handle the majority of the fighting and gore and sex... but the scene between Ros, Joffery, and Daisy has really shaken me. Are there many more moments as/more brutal than this?
