7 myths about GameDev
There are a number of myths and misconceptions about game development that are often perpetuated in the industry. Some of the most common include:
1) Game development is easy and can be done quickly: In reality, game development is a complex process that often takes years to complete. There are many different stages of development that need to be completed, including concept design, prototyping, coding, testing, and bug fixing.
2) Game development is a solitary pursuit: While it is true that some game developers work independently, most games are developed by teams of people with different skills and expertise.
3) Anyone can make a game: While it is true that there are many tools available that make it easier for people to create games, it still requires a certain level of skill and knowledge to create a high-quality game.

In consultation with our colleagues, we decided to start publishing small articles on game development.
We called this course "Gamedev for the Littlest". We understand that a lot of similar information is already available from other authors, but since this is our first such experience in creating courses, the choice fell on a relatively simple subject. We are already planning more complex and interesting topics for new courses!
The course will be absolutely free for everyone. A new article will be available approximately every two weeks. The first article will be published in July!
