Dear Starseed,

You were born with a great sensitivity. This may have felt challenging at times especially in environments that did not support your light. It may have felt challenging, at times, in the family, and when you passed through the education system. It may have felt challenging in certain work environments. Sensitivity becomes a great gift when you heed the impulse to move away from toxic environments. It becomes a gift when you learn to cleanse and shield your energy from lower frequencies. It becomes a gift when it begins to guide you through this ascending world, helping you to move towards people and situations that support your light.

There will be times when the path seems difficult to see or find. You may meet confusion and delusion on the path. You may meet challenges and obstacles. My prayer for you today is that the illuminates ones who are on the path ahead of you lovingly guide you through such times. There are many who have walked the path of awakening to reunite with the One, Source Light. There are countless behind you who are taking early steps on the path. Your light and your example are encouraging and helping those. This is the Great Work of coming out of darkness into the light.

It’s hard to see how we are the creators of our reality because there’s usually a lot of layers to sift through. Good morning! The moon wants you to be you ❤️

I’m sure you’ve probably visited this topic. Maybe it’s driven you crazy by now, trying to “figure it out”. It really only works when you can observe yourself without trying to change anything….and that takes a lot of willingness to see the truth inside yourself (which is always inconvenient). Shadow work is not something we can do alone. We need other people to reflect and also hold space outside our stories so we can see what’s a story and what’s real. This is why I like the people in my life who question my stories.

One of my favorite yoga instructors always said you need to root down before you can rise up. He needed to remind me that ALOT over my years I trained with him! I was always looking for change, but always bypassing the foundation for a meaningful shift begins with grounding (aka a regulated nervous system aka the ability to feel relaxed)

This months topic in my online membership is REST and SURRENDERING. It was calling so hard during shadow work month, I’ve decided to devote and entire month to it!

Pumped for the classes I have planned. I’m getting to play with some of my favorite people. AND I am doing my first event out in the public in over a year…and I’m actually leaving my property. It’s just big big big over here.
