A sign of a being locked in a 3D vibrational reality is that of addiction to form. There is an over identification with the body and the incarnate being loses touch with their eternal nature. There is a worry about looking good, what others are thinking and judging and so on. The body is meant to be a sacred temple for the incarnate spirit. The body is mortal though the spirit is immortal and moves between forms.

A being locked in a 3D low density is in a constant survival state competing for energy whether that be food, water, money or love. The paradox is that the body has its own consciousness and needs to be appreciated and given a certain direction. The power and vitality of the body consciousness can be negatively influenced by limiting belief structures and thoughts. This is why so many industries, in the 3D world, have sprung up to fix and sort out a mushrooming array of illnesses. The body consciousness is more resilient and resourceful than we mostly give it credit for. Work with your body consciousness. As your ego relaxes and slowly but surely releases the reins of control to this higher power then life gets more interesting. The prime directive of the ego is safety whereas the prime directive of your higher intelligence is growth. This means that life begins to take some new and unusual turns. Growth does not have to be hard though there will be times where it may feel painful. There will certainly be times where you feel more alive and that the universe is truly magical.

When I talk about pain I do not mean the kind of pain an untrained mind creates by focusing on worst case scenarios. This is a very poor use of mental energy and will inevitably lead to creating stuff that is not necessary to experience!

Pain is part of life just like joy. Suffering is an avoidance of pain. This is a bit like avoiding going to the dentist and experiencing a moment of pain instead of years of suffering. Pain can indicate a breakthrough is happening. There have been painful moments in my life and each of these times indicated a step up in my path. Pain can motivate positive change. If I had avoided facing these times of pain I would have remained stuck.
