TWRP 3.6.0 for potter

Some things about Android 12 on potter:

- We didn't boot.
- Potter isn't the only device that didn't boot A12 because of the kernel, other devices like sanders and op3 didn't boot too.
- Maybe in the future we can boot, but for now, don't expect A12 on potter.
