Moved into a new apartment a month ago. Landlord acted like this place is completely painted and renovated. It's not. didn't even paint right and there's shit coming off the walls and door handles that aren't even attached.

and any time we talk about painting the house and getting him on record that it's -AFTER- we moved in so we don't have to do a whole paint job when we move out he's like "W-WAAAH, U WANNA SIGN ME ON SO U CAN SUE ME???!"
