A new episode is out!

In this episode we are talking with Gerdi Verwoert of Dare Greatly Coaching. Gerdi is a Dutch mountain leader based in the Austrian Alps. She believes that creating a better world starts with self-leadership and reconnecting with nature.

Gerdi says:

- Mountains force us to confront our own humanity, discover what we are truly capable of and literally discover a new perspective
- Saving the planet depends on us understanding that we are all part of nature, and not separate from her
- When we decide to overcome our fears and perceived physical limitations, we can experience true joy and elation
- Where we are born, is not necessarily our home.  When we have the courage to follow our instincts, intuition and flow, we can literally change our world

You can listen on any podcasting app but here’s one:

Climate change poses one of the greatest threats to humanity and our very existence on planet earth.  It is, therefore, a moral and existential imperative.

Businesses have a vital role to play in reversing climate change. In fact, being a champion for climate action can be good for business.

In this episode, we are talking with serial entrepreneur, investor, and climate advocate Dennis Hettema.  Dennis is the Head of Sales at Ecologi and a founding partner of the Million Tree Pledge.

He believes that consumers do care about climate change and businesses can reduce 'climate anxiety' by providing simple and practical ways for people to make a  real difference.

Exciting news! Sue and I are co-creating a new business network in Oxford! The first face-to-face gathering is already on November 25th which feels so radical after all the virtual Zoom meetings. We still like Zoom, though, and will live stream it too.

And guess what?! We met for the 3rd time ever! How wonderful to actually see that Sue is a real person after 18 months of virtual meetings πŸ˜ƒπŸŒŸ

We are so pleased to share this β€˜out of the box’ tool for business, called breathwork!

Jim Morningstar is one of my breathwork teachers and I am so grateful for having discovered it for my own wellbeing but also for manifesting my business dreams and desires.

Now, Sue and I bring this for you too! Did you know that by consciously deciding to change the way you breathe will also change the way you think and feel?

Or that breath can bring you joyful and happy states in a natural way without substances?

Or that the power to manifest your dream is truly under your nose - your breath?

Especially during these trying times in the midst of a pandemic, conscious breath is a powerful tool and a wonderful healer. So simple - and so free of charge!

Enjoy this important and fuin episode on any podcasting platform!

🌟🌲Wishing you a Joyful Holiday Season πŸŽ„πŸŒŸ

2021 has been another tough year for many of us, but the holiday season is also the perfect time to slow down and take stock of all the JOYFUL things that have happened this year.

This year we're celebrating all the amazing change makers and disrupters we have worked with, the incredible learning journey that we are still on and the new opportunities already set in motion for 2022.

What are you CELEBRATING this year?

Thank you again for your support in 2021. We hope you enjoy the warmth and joy this season brings.

Keep shining your light. Because the world needs you.

Best wishes,
Sue and Anne x
Last week, Anne gave a talk on 'Selfishly Happy Leadership' to one of the most exciting and happy workplaces in the Nordic countries, DNA Oyj and its mother company Telenor.

Last year, the equivalent to the whole population of Finland or Norway resigned in America every month - apart from July when the figure was doubled to the population of Sweden.

Anne argues that Selfishly Happy Leadership is a key to both retaining and attracting talent in current context. And happy staff make a happy company. What do you think?
