Job Function include:
• Provide strong leadership to the manufacturing team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and accountability.
• Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
• Manage and mentor department heads, supervisors, and staff to enhance their skills and performance.
• Oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensuring production schedules are met, and products meet quality standards.
• Develop and manage the manufacturing budget, including cost control, resource allocation, and capital expenditures.
• Analyze financial reports and data to make informed business decisions and optimize profitability.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to develop long-term strategic plans for the manufacturing division.
• Identify opportunities for growth, innovation, and expansion within the manufacturing operations.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing team, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• Proven experience in a senior management role within a manufacturing environment, preferably in the electrical industry.
• Minimum of 15 years with atleast 5 years of progressive experience in senior leadership roles, preferably in the electrical or manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and lean manufacturing principles.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong strategic planning and decision-making skills, with the ability to think creatively and analytically.
• Strong financial experience managing budgets and financial performance.
• Ability to analyze complex data and make informed business decisions.
