Sagar Hospital is urgently hiring a Nurse Educator to join our dynamic nursing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in staff training, clinical mentorship, and continuous quality improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify training needs and implement in-service education plans.
- Develop and execute annual training calendars.
- Conduct clinical training, bedside teaching, and mentorship programs.
- Monitor competency assessments and maintain training records.
- Coordinate with HR for nursing induction, BLS/ACLS training, and audits.
- Support policy development and drive quality care initiatives.
