We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Research Associate – Molecular Biology to support ongoing research and development projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in molecular biology techniques and will contribute to experimental design, execution, data analysis, and documentation.

Roles & Responsibilities:
-Design, execute, and analyze molecular breeding experiments in coordination with senior scientists.
-Perform DNA extraction, PCR, genotyping, and data analysis as part of molecular marker-assisted workflows.
-Contribute to the planning and optimization of breeding strategies and marker deployment.
-Maintain accurate records of experimental protocols, data, and results.
-Collaborate with other team members to integrate phenotypic and genotypic data for trait mapping and selection.
-Support the development and implementation of new molecular tools and technologies.
-Keep updated with current advancements in molecular breeding and plant genomics.
-Prepare technical reports and contribute to scientific publications as needed.
