🔍 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Manage and analyze HR data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
✅ Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and analytics to support decision-making. ✅ Monitor key HR metrics such as headcount, attrition, and payroll.
✅ Optimize HR data management processes through automation and technology.

🎓 Education & Qualifications:
📌 Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field.
📌 2-5 years of experience in HR analytics, MIS, or data management roles.
📌 Proficiency in Excel, HRMS, Power BI, SQL, or other data visualization tools is a plus.
