Sales Manager - Retail Assets [Housing Loan]
*Locations & Open Positions*:
1. BANGALORE - 3 positions
2. HYDERABAD - 2 Positions
Basic Criteria:
1. Experience: 2 to 6 years
2. CTC: 2.5 LPA to 4 LPA (Maximum 5 LPA if profile is good)
3. Notice Period: 30 days
*Qualification*
The candidate must hold any graduation from a university recognized by the Govt. of India/Govt. bodies/AICTE.
*Department* Builder Relationship Team (Open Market)
*Projects*:
• Actively search for and identify potential new projects within the assigned geography/area.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective projects.
Relationship Management:
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with builders and developers.
• Liaison with TOP builder projects of the Location
• Act as the primary point of contact for builders, addressing their needs and concerns.
• Conduct regular meetings with builders to understand their project plans and financial requirements.
• Visiting approved project sites on regular basis for organising camps / activity on holidays for lead generation.

• Develop strategies to increase the market share of these products.
• Visit other project in assigned area for more business penetration.
Financial Objectives:
• Maintain report on the visits, leads, sales, conversion of each builder counter.
• Ensure all operations and activities comply with financial regulations and company policies.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the builder sale & CRM team to support for achievement of our business objectives.
• Maintain productivity targets as allocated by the company.
