*Responsibility of Field Executive-ATM (FE-ATM)*

# Field Executive-ATM (FE-ATM) will be allocated 40-50 ATMs and he/she will be visiting each of these machines at least twice a month i.e. once in a fortnight to ensure their maintenance, cleanliness, and proper functioning. Details of visit to be ensured through CMAC (Channel Manager Access Card) and visit reports to be put up to concerned Regional Managers at RBOs.

# For ATMs / ADWMs, liaise with linked branch / Cash-in-Transit agencies/ CAC in respect of Cash outsourced ATMs and take all necessary steps to ensure timely replenishment, to avoid cash outs and rectification of CHF, RBF, etc. to achieve maximum uptime.

# Monitoring functioning of AC, UPS, CCTVs/ESS (wherever installed), lighting, Signage lighting, e-Surveillance Systems (wherever installed), Solar Power Systems (wherever installed) etc. and ensuring that they are in working condition

Age Range Minimum: 21 Yrs. to 30 Yrs.
Qualification Minimum Graduate
Experience Minimum 1 Yrs.
(Preference is of Service industry, BFSI)

*Responsibility of Field Supervisor-ATM (FS-ATM)*

# Field Supervisor-ATM (FS-ATM) will monitor performance of Field Executive’s-ATM (FE) allocated to him/her and submit monthly performance review to Channel Manager Coordinator / Officer nominated by DGM(B&O) at respective Administrative Office and Field In-charge-ATM (FI)at respective LHO. Besides, Field Supervisor-ATM (FS) will be responsible for visiting all ATMs and ADWMs every quarter equally spread over 3 months in his/her area of operation

# Verification/perusal of physical visits done by Field Supervisor-ATM (FS) for the ATMs/ADWMs allotted and apprising the shortcomings to the concerned Regional Manager. He/she should also make surprise visits to ATMs room / lobbies / e-corners to ensure their maintenance, cleanliness, and proper functioning, once a month through Channel Manager Access Card (CMAC).

# In addition to periodic visits, visit ATMs in case of exigencies like installation / replacement, vandalism, fraud, fire, flood etc.

Age Range Minimum: 30 Yrs. to 63 Yrs.
Qualification Minimum Graduate
Experience Minimum 2 to 3 years
(Preference is of Service industry, BFSI In supervisory rule)
