Job Description: Minimum of 7-10 Years’ experience in Sales & Execution in Construction Industry /MEP Contractors /Electrical Contractors
Should have good geographical knowledge of Hyderabad
Should be willing to travel meet Clients, Electrical Consultants and Architects.

Skills: should be able to Create Sales Forecast, Implementing Sales Technology, Customer Relationship Management, Managing Sales Processes, Brand Building, Strong written & Oral Communication skills in local Language & English. Should be capable of assessing & understanding customer requirements as per site and make site assessment & Survey.
Should be capable of developing an in-house execution team and developing sub-contractors.

Salary: 50 - 60K

Job Description: 1. Knowledge in Fire alarm, PA/Talkback system, Access, CCTV/ Networking system.
2. Handling the project.
3. Material Indenting (Having technical knowledge about the materials).
Skills: 1. Basic Knowledge about CAD drawing
2.Communication skill to handle the PMC/Architect/Client
3.Knowledge about working principle of Fire alarm system (General Makes – EST, GST, RAVEL, COOPER, HONEYWELL)
4. Knowledge about working principle of Public Address system (General Makes - Bosch, Ahuja, Heinrich)
5. Knowledge about working principle of Access control and CCTV system (Makes - Spectra, HID, Hikvision, Dahua)
6. Programming and commissioning knowledge about Fire alarm system (Addressing of the devices, Data upload to the panel)
7. Knowledge about doing JMR and Billing.
