Responsibilities:
· Create exercise objectives, injects, and evaluation criteria in collaboration with key stakeholders.
· Develop tabletop exercise scenarios that are relevant to the organization’s operations, potential risks and scope for the exercise.
· Coordinate with internal departments to schedule and plan tabletop exercises.
· Prepare exercise materials, including agendas, participant guides, and evaluation forms.
· Ensure all logistical arrangements are in place for successful exercise execution.
· Facilitate tabletop exercises, guiding participants through scenarios and ensuring engagement.
· Manage the flow of the exercise, including timing and the introduction of injections.
· Monitor participant performance and adherence to BCP protocols.
· Conduct post-exercise debriefs to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
· Prepare detailed after-action reports, highlighting the noncompliance and deviations.
· Skills:
· Strong understanding of business continuity standards and best practices (e.g., ISO 22301).
