Job Description:
Responsibilities
·      Provide assistance with internal and external HR operation requests.
·      Coordinate internal arrangements such as travel, training sessions, and team-building events.
·      Act as a POC for vendors and external parties.
·      Assist with the recruitment process (pre-onboarding/Onboarding)
·      Performing reference checks
·      Issues employment contracts
·      Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events, and maintain agendas.
·      Coordinate training sessions and seminars.
·      Conduct orientations and update records of new hires.
·      Maintain hard and digital copies of employees' records.
·      Generate and submit reports on general HR activity.
·      Assist with payroll processing.
·      Support other assigned functions.
·      Maintain calendars of the HR management team
·      Oversee the completion of compensation and benefit documentation.
Requirements
·      Minimum of 2-5 years of experience as an HR specialist.
·      Demonstrated experience in HR roles.
·      Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field.
·      Familiarity with labour law and employment equity regulations.
·      Knowledge of payroll practices.
·      Proficient in HR administration, functions, and best practices.
·      Strong written and verbal communication skills.
·      Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
·      Attention to detail.
·      Ability to accurately follow instructions.
·      Capacity to maintain confidentiality.
