Requirement:

FE:-
-Minimum *19 years
-Minimum *10th Pass
-Should be from *local area.
-*Read/Write/Speak local language
-Own Two-Wheeler and valid driving license is Mandatory
-Candidate must own a smart phone

FS:-
-Minimum *21 years
-*12th/10+ Diploma (3 Years Degree) or Any Graduate.
-*Computer Knowledge is must*
-Should be from *local area*(Bidar,kalburgi, kodagu,Madikeri)
-*Read/Write/Speak local language*

Salary:-
FE - NTH - 15687, CTC - 20143 plus Fuel allowance and Incentive
FS - NHT - 17058, CTC - 21569 plus incentive.

Job Responsibility:-

FE:
-Visit to Customer to complete pending CKYC of AOF
-Obtain Customers signature on the AOF
-OVDs must be verified / checked with originals
-AOF must be verified / checked with OVD for name and address
-OVDs have to be self-attested by the customer
-Photo must be pasted on the AOF and to be cross signed by the customer
-Mobile number of the customer must be prominently mentioned on the AOF and OVD
-The forms have to be submitted to RBO in the following format

FS:
-FS will manage the performance of the group of FE linked with a RBO and will assist Manager (FI) in this entire task
-FS will also monitor attendance, visits and performance of all FE under him and will coordinate with Manager (FI) at RBO-FS will monitor the collection and submission of duly filled up AOF and OVD/Documents from FE at respective Branch/Nodal Branch/RBO
-FS will report to Manager (FI) and designated person at SBOSS for reporting of Attendance, Performance and MIS
