Qualification and Experience:

*Knowledge of Windows, Linux, Database and Network infrastructure
* Aware of various use case scenarios wrt to challenges/issues on the said monitoring tools
* Deep knowledge of and experience in SNMP Communication protocol, MIB integration and trap analysis.
* Configure the devices within the monitoring tool (threshold setup, Polling frequency defined, alert critically)
* Experience integrating new devices into complex Enterprise Monitoring frameworks.
* Knowledge of IT Service Management processes and tools
* Ability to work in 24/7 rotational shifts
* Aware of constraints and limitation wrt said monitoring tools
* Fluent English language spoken and written
* Analytical Approach
* Should be multitasking
* Self Starter
* Exceptional Customer Service skills mindset & attitude
* Must have Problem Solving skills
