Experience: 5-8 Years
Qualification: Mechanical Engineering / Metallurgy
✅ Certification: ASNT Level II (Mandatory) | Level III (Preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform FPI, MPI & UT inspections on aerospace and medical components
• Evaluate and interpret inspection results to ensure quality standards
• Maintain NADCAP compliance and related documentation
• Manage calibration activities and process adherence
• Support customer, regulatory, and NADCAP audits
• Ensure compliance with AS9100, AMS, ASTM, MIL, and customer specifications
• Drive EHS, chemical handling, hazardous waste management, and process controls.
What We're Looking For:
✔ Experience in NADCAP-accredited aerospace environments
✔ Expertise in aerospace castings, machined components, and medical implants
✔ Strong understanding of quality systems and regulatory standards
✔ Customer-focused mindset with excellent technical judgment.
