Key Responsibilities
📊 Prepare MIS, Consolidated P&L, expense schedules, and corporate reporting packages.
📈 Analyze Actuals vs Budget vs Prior Year and provide actionable financial insights.
📅 Support month-end financial closing, GL reviews, and trial balance validation.
💰 Prepare and analyze operating expense schedules, monitor budgets, and identify cost optimization opportunities.
⚙️ Drive reporting automation and process improvements using Excel, Power BI, and ERP reporting tools.
✅ Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and corporate reporting standards while supporting internal and external audits.
Qualifications
✔️ MBA in Finance (Mandatory)
✔️ Professional qualifications such as CFA Level 1, CMA, or ACCA are an added advantage.
✔️ 4–5 years of experience in MIS Reporting, Management Reporting, and Month-End Closing.
✔️ Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with strong analytical capabilities.
✔️ Experience with ERP systems and financial consolidation tools.
✔️ Knowledge of Power BI is an added advantage.
✔️ Experience in the Retail or Healthcare industry is preferred.
