Analyze 2D/3D component drawings and define efficient manufacturing and assembly processes.

Design and implement manufacturing equipment, processes, procedures, and control systems to enhance productivity and quality.
Lead Assembly Fixture and Special Purpose Machine (SPM) development activities.
Integrate PLCs, barcode printers, scanners, and vision systems into manufacturing processes.
Investigate production issues, conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Develop manufacturing standards, process documentation, and DAP approvals in collaboration with cross-functional teams and management.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity, quality, safety, and cost efficiency.
Support automation and digitalization projects across manufacturing operations.

✅ Must-Have Skills
Strong knowledge of Manufacturing Engineering processes
Experience with AutoCAD, OPR3D, or equivalent design software
Understanding of production machinery and industrial automation
