• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (preferably in staffing)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with ATS systems and sourcing tools (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed)
• Ability to manage multiple roles and prioritize tasks effectively
• Knowledge of employment laws and hiring best practices
