Candidate Should have hands-on experience in Villa Projects from structures to finishes

Responsible for Projects execution at the site and ensure completion of projects as per the specified quality, timeline and cost.

Monitoring and scheduling of projects through different projects management techniques.

Execution of the construction activities to ensure that the developments are in par with the approved drawings.

Maintain day to day record of work progress at site and maintain all documents as required.

Checking of Reinforcement, Shuttering, Column cantering markings and Quality of concrete.

Knowledge of layouts and ability to make BBS.

Coordinate with Foremen’s and Supervisors to ensure that the raw materials are utilized properly with minimum wastage and also ensure that safety norms are maintained in the work.

Knowledge of IS Codes.

Training to Engineers, Foremen, Supervisors, etc. on quality aspect of constructions on routine basis.

To monitor & ensure completion of the projects as per the specified quality/ timeline & cost.

Should be technically sound.

Should carry good communication skills and be able to motivate employees at each level.

To make estimation, costing, and budget reports of the project.

Should be able to prepare the planning schedules and progress reports.

Should be conversant with all the site activities.

Should be able to achieve and maintain the highest quality standards as may be desired.

Should be good in co-ordination with the various Clients and Consultants.
