Job Title: PF Help Desk Representative/Executive
Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a PF Help Desk Representative/Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting employees with inquiries related to Provident Fund processes, resolving issues, and ensuring compliance with PF regulations. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of PF policies, excellent communication skills, and a customer-centric approach.

5.Documentation and Recordkeeping

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
Proven experience in PF administration or a similar role. In-depth knowledge of Provident Fund laws, regulations, and procedures. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Additional Requirements:
Familiarity with PF portal.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
