🔍 What We’re Looking For
✅ 5+ years of Product Management experience with a strong track record in scaling B2B SaaS or Fintech products across global markets (US/Canada, LATAM, etc.)
✅ Deep expertise in Finance, Accounting, Payments, or Workforce Management solutions
✅ Strong understanding of multi-product ecosystems and integrations
✅ Experience in taking products up-market (mid-market focus) while maintaining simplicity
✅ Proven ability to collaborate across Product, Engineering, and Design teams
✅ Strong commercial acumen (P&L, LTV, CAC, revenue impact)
✅ Excellent stakeholder management & data-driven decision-making skills
✅ Familiarity with AI, LLMs, and data-driven product innovation
✅ Tools: Jira, Confluence | Agile/Hybrid environments.

🎯 Key Responsibilities
🔹 Define and execute product vision and roadmap (1–3 years)
🔹 Own Monetisation P&L and drive Product-Led Growth (PLG)
🔹 Lead cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Sales, Marketing & CS teams
🔹 Drive mid-market expansion strategy (multi-entity, compliance, workflows)
🔹 Build and manage product documentation, PRDs, and GTM strategies
🔹 Use experimentation & analytics to guide decisions and product improvements
🔹 Ensure seamless coordination across teams to deliver high-quality customer experiences.

Responsible for project planning and tracking
Strong communication, negotiation & collaboration skills
Additional knowledge in Modeling, Machining Hours, Welding
Exposure to Automotive / Manufacturing / Aerospace industries is a plus
🔹 Trainee – Quality
Basic knowledge of Machining & GD&T (Drawing Reading)
Knowledge of Measuring Instruments & Gauges
Basic Mathematics knowledge
