✅ Manage end-to-end recruitment processes
✅ Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs
✅ Source and engage top talent through multiple channels
✅ Conduct behavioral interviews and candidate assessments
✅ Utilize ATS tools for candidate management
✅ Analyze recruitment data and hiring metrics
✅ Coordinate recruitment drives, job fairs, and employer branding initiatives
✅ Build strong stakeholder and vendor relationships
✅ Implement innovative recruitment marketing strategies
✅ Adapt hiring strategies based on business and market needs
What PwC is Looking For:
✔️ 2+ years of experience in contract staffing and working with staffing vendors
✔️ Experience in Talent Acquisition and Recruitment Operations
✔️ Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
✔️ Candidate sourcing and stakeholder management expertise
✔️ Strong analytical and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
⭐ HR Certifications such as SHRM, PHR, or equivalent
⭐ Experience in behavioral interviewing and strategic hiring
