About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and technically skilled Junior Computer Hardware Engineer / Technician
to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in hardware
troubleshooting, field service operations, and customer support while maintaining high standards of
service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair desktops, laptops, servers, printers, and related IT hardware.
Provide on-site and field technical support to customers.
Install, configure, maintain, and service computer hardware and peripheral devices.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic networking issues.
Ensure timely resolution of service requests within defined TAT (Turnaround Time).
Maintain service records, reports, and job status updates.
Deliver quality customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
Required Skills
Hands-on experience in computer hardware troubleshooting and servicing (Mandatory).
Good knowledge of desktops, laptops, printers, servers, and basic networking.
Experience in field service operations and customer support.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Good communication skills and a proactive learning attitude.
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of networking setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.
Exposure to advanced hardware diagnostics and repair.
Ability to manage multiple client locations and service calls effectively.
Experience in customer-facing technical support environments.
Language Requirements
Mandatory: Kannada, English, and Hindi
