Job Description:
As a HR - Associate primary roles & responsibility is involving IPEC’s HR management system in terms of HR documents & records with respect to ISO 9001:2015, IATF 16949;2016, ISO14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, ISO27001:2022 & CSRs.
Experience
1. Minimum 4 – 5 years’ experience with respect to above description
2. Conduct risk assessment for HR functions for QMS, EMS, OHS, ISMS & CSRs
3. Maintain & update HR Procedures for QMS, EMS, OHS, ISMS, CSRs
4. Monitor & Update HR’s MOP daily, weekly, monthly basis
5. Review HR’s MOP with in HR function
6. Coordinate & support IMS team for QMS, EMS, OHS, ISMS & CSRs
7. Maintain & update HR’s Level 1, 2, 3, 4 documents & records for QMS, EMS, OHS, ISMS, CSRs
8. Conduct & participate internal & external audit on behalf of HR function
9. NC close and submit with in time period
10. Monitor effectiveness of the QMS, EMS, OHS, ISMS & CSRs
Knowledge
1. Document control – Change management & Confidentiality
2. Document linkages – Integrated management system
Education: BBA / MBA in HR or related field.
Skills: MS office – Excel, Word, PPT
