Role Overview:

An MIS Executive or Analyst (Management Information System) serves as a bridge between raw business data and strategic decision-making. The role involves collecting, managing, and analyzing organizational data to generate insights that support business performance and planning.

Key Responsibilities:
Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather data from departments such as Sales, Finance, and HR, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports (e.g., sales performance, inventory tracking, market analysis).
Dashboard Development: Create interactive dashboards using tools like Power BI or Tableau to track KPIs.
Process Automation: Automate repetitive reporting tasks using Excel (Macros, VBA) or SQL.
System Maintenance: Monitor MIS systems to ensure data accessibility, reliability, and security.
Ad-hoc Analysis: Support management with on-demand data analysis for business decisions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Technical Skills:
Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, complex formulas) – mandatory
Strong SQL knowledge for data handling
Experience with Tableau or Power BI
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
Soft Skills: Strong analytical ability, attention to detail, and effective communication skills
Location: Jayanagar, Bangalore

Salary: Up to ₹4 LPA

Preference: Candidates from any industry with strong technical expertise
