You’ll be the heartbeat of the cafe - balancing operational excellence with a guest-first mindset. From mentoring a high-performing team to managing P&L and driving sales growth.

The Experience: You have 3+ years under your belt in QSR or Cafe management.
The Skills: You understand the "business" side of hospitality (P&L, inventory, and labor costs) but never lose sight of the "human" side.
The Vibe: You’re a proactive problem-solver who stays calm when the rush hits and loves building a community.
The Location: You’re ready to make your mark in North Bangalore (Hebbal/Sahakar Nagar).
