🔹 Role Overview
Own and drive the end-to-end delivery business, focusing on growth, efficiency, and customer experience across markets.

🔹 Key Responsibilities
Drive delivery sales growth across stores and markets
Manage and optimize aggregator partnerships (Swiggy, Zomato, etc.)
Improve order conversion, visibility, and platform performance
Ensure seamless last-mile delivery experience
Monitor key metrics: order volumes, SLA, customer ratings, and cost efficiency
Work closely with operations and marketing teams to drive campaigns
Identify opportunities to scale and improve delivery channels

🔹 What We’re Looking For
5–7 years of experience in delivery/aggregator-led roles
Prior experience with Swiggy, Zomato, or similar platforms preferred
Strong understanding of delivery business, marketplace dynamics, and growth levers
Data-driven, execution-focused, and high ownership mindset
Ability to operate in a fast-paced, growth environment
