💼 Experience: 8 Years in Aerostructure Assembly
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Perform aircraft structural assembly independently
•Precision drilling, reaming and countersinking as per aerospace tolerance
•Solid rivet, CherryMax and Hi-Lok installation
•Experience in using operating pneumatic rivet hammer (2X, 3X, 4X), Alligator squeezer and pneumatic drill.
•Good knowledge of epoxy primer and polyurethane topcoat systems
•Knowledge of paint mixing ratios, pot life and curing time.
•Knowledge of installation, tightening (torqueing), and locking of bolts & nuts in aircraft structures and assemblies
•Experience in Alocrom / Alodine (chromate conversion coating) application
•Perform bonding resistance checks as per aircraft specification
•Gap & flushness measurement using depth gauge and feeler gauge
•Strong knowledge of aerospace jigs and fixtures
•Basic knowledge of cleaning parts using non-aqueous cleaning agents
•Ability to read complex aerospace drawings and work instructions
•Structural sealant application as per aircraft standards
•Knowledge of AS9100 and aerospace quality documentation(Route book).
