🔧 #Role: Functional Safety Engineer (Automotive – ISO 26262)
🛠 #KeyResponsibilities:
Develop, implement, and review Functional Safety work products as per ISO 26262 guidelines.
Conduct hazard analysis and risk assessments (HARA).
Lead safety concept development—both FSC and TSC.
Perform FMEA, FTA, DFMEA, and FMEDA.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including system, hardware, and software engineers.
Support validation activities including safety verification and confirmation reviews.
Ensure alignment with OEM and Tier‑1 functional safety requirements.
🎯 #Required Skills & Experience:
4–10 years of hands‑on experience in automotive functional safety.
Solid understanding of ISO 26262 processes (Part 2–8).
Experience with safety analyses (FMEA, FTA, DFA, HARA).
Knowledge of automotive systems such as ADAS, powertrain, body electronics, or chassis.
Familiarity with tools like DOORS, Medini Analyze, ANSYS, Polarion, or similar.
Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work in cross‑functional teams.
🎓 Preferred Qualifications:
Certified Functional Safety Professional (CFSP) or CFSE — a plus.
Experience working with OEM/Tier‑1 suppliers.
Immediate joiners highly preferred.
