⏳ Experience: 10 – 12 Years
We are looking for an experienced Project Management professional with mandatory Aerospace experience to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Develop and execute project plans to meet objectives within defined timelines
✔ Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for smooth project execution
✔ Lead daily/weekly customer discussions and ensure project progress as per agreed timelines
✔ Work closely with the Business Development team for RFQ management and P.O. conversion
✔ Drive New Product Introduction (NPI) and First Article Inspection (FAI) activities
✔ Conduct contract reviews, risk analysis, and internal project meetings
✔ Communicate project status regularly with all stakeholders
✔ Coordinate with Supply Chain, Production Planning, and Operations to ensure materials and machine schedules are aligned
Requirements:
🔹 BE in Mechanical / Aerospace / Industrial Engineering
🔹 7–9 years of experience in Project Management
🔹 Aerospace industry experience is mandatory
🔹 Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
🔹 Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
🔹 PMP certification is an added advantage
