Responsible for the overall operations of Exclusive Brand Outlets under your control
Responsible for the Sales Performance of the outlets
Merchandise Planning: Ensure that right stock is available at the right time at the right place by required analysis and planning
Analyze stocks & sales, prepare reports to perform better
Ensure that proper visual merchandising and high visual standards in both the stores
People Management, train and motivate the team for performing the best and achieving the targets
Coordinate with the back end retail operations team for resolving the issues and for providing better support
Responsible for the implementation of Marketing and Brand promotion events
SOPs Adherence: Making sure that SOPs laid out by the company are strictly adhered to in all the stores
New Processes roll out & implementation- Whenever a new process is rolled out throughout all the outlets, rolling out the same in the outlets & making sure it is being adhered to

Plan and deliver lessons aligned with IB Visual Arts curriculum requirements.
Teach artistic techniques, visual communication, and creative processes.
