- Academic Qualification: BE/M.E Mechanical/Automotive
- Primary Skill Set: ANSA (Model Build), NASTRAN (Analysis/Model Debug)
- Job Description:
- Hands-on experience in FE modeling, assembly, and full vehicle integration using ANSA with NASTRAN as the solver.
- Good understanding of Static, Modal, Dynamic (Transient response and Frequency response), and Fatigue Analysis.
- Experience in handling projects independently, responsible from input collection to the release of the Engineering Report.
- Ability to identify critical areas for improvement and determine underlying causes for failures.
- Proficiency in NASTRAN (Static, Modal) and ANSA is essential.
- Experience with fatigue tools like nCode Design Life.

- Job Description:
- Experience in Static analysis, Vibration analysis, and Fatigue analysis, preferably in the Powertrain domain.
- Good understanding of Powertrain technology, materials knowledge, and awareness of powertrain parts and accessories.
- Strong commitment to timely delivery with consistent adherence to quality.
- Capable of handling non-linear analysis and interpreting results to provide design solutions.
- Independent, proactive, and continuously striving for improvement.
- Perform calculations and simulations on powertrain components and systems.
- Establish correlation activities to verify FEA models.
- Required software skills: ANSA, ANSYS Classic; basic knowledge of Abaqus is preferable.
- Good presentation and communication skills.
