🔍 What You’ll Do
Handle end‑to‑end lateral recruitment across technical and non‑technical roles
Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
Coordinate interviews and close feedback with Hiring Managers
Manage offer rollouts, negotiations, and joining follow‑ups
Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and MIS
Support onboarding activities and ensure a smooth candidate experience
Build strong talent pipelines for ongoing and future requirements
✅ What We’re Looking For
1–3 years of experience in corporate / IT recruitment
Strong sourcing and screening skills
Good communication and stakeholder management abilities
Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment
Proficiency in MS Excel / recruitment trackers
