We are looking for a dynamic Regional Sales Manager to drive sales growth, expand distribution, and lead high-performing sales teams across the Baby Care & OTC trade.

Current Openings in South - Bangalore , East - Kolkata , North - New Delhi.

Key Responsibilities:

>Achieve regional sales targets (Primary & Secondary)
>Strengthen distributor & retail network
>Lead and develop ASM/TSE teams
>Execute trade schemes & visibility plans
>Track competition and market trends

Ideal Candidate:

>Proven experience in OTC / Pharma / FMCG sales
>Strong distributor & trade management skills
>Leadership mindset with execution focus
> Willingness to travel and relocate

Education:
>Graduate in any discipline (Full time MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred)

Experience:
>8–12 years of experience in Baby Care /OTC / Pharma / FMCG sales
>Minimum 2–3 years in a Regional or Senior Area Sales role
>Strong exposure to OTC trade, distributors, chemists & general trade
