We are Hiring Senior / Assistant Manager – Manufacturing Engineer

Experience : 8 to 15 Years
Location Devanahalli

Key Responsibilities
• Lead and optimize manufacturing processes for aerospace components
• Apply PFMEA, DFM, APQP, and PPAP methodologies
• Collaborate with design, quality & production teams to ensure manufacturability
• Work with advanced materials – Titanium, Inconel, composites
• Ensure compliance with AS9100, NADCAP standards
• Drive continuous improvement using Lean & Six Sigma
• Troubleshoot machining and assembly process issues
• Mentor junior engineers and support technical training
• Use CAD/CAM tools (SolidWorks, CATIA, ZW3D, SolidCAM, Mastercam) with strong GD&T application
• Support strategic engineering decisions and report to the Engineering Manager

Technical Expertise Required
✔ Strong knowledge of turning, milling, wire‑cut processes
✔ Hands‑on experience with CAM tools
✔ Aerospace manufacturing experience preferred
