Role: Chief of Staff to the Group Chief Operating Officer
Function: Group Chief Operating Officer’s Office
Experience: 3–5 years
Qualification: BE/BTech + MBA preferred

What you’ll do:
* Coordinate cross-functional initiatives to improve alignment, execution efficiency and operational discipline.
* Support executive decision-making through structured analysis, insights and performance tracking.
* Enable leadership effectiveness through clear communication, governance frameworks and progress reviews.

What we’re looking for:
* Experience working closely with senior leadership in fast-paced organizations.
* Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability and comfort working across multiple functions.
* Clear, confident communication skills with maturity, discretion and attention to detail.
