Record-to-Report (R2R) Expertise – Strong knowledge of R2R processes, including journal preparation and month-end close activities
Balance Sheet Reconciliation – Preparation and detailed analysis of balance sheet reconciliations
Journal Entries – Accruals, prepayments, FX adjustments
Audit Support – Hands-on experience in supporting internal and external audits
Variance Analysis – Balance sheet reconciliation and variance analysis
✅ ERP Systems Proficiency
Hands-on experience with major ERP systems like SAP, Blackline/Cadency, MS Office, Oracle, or similar platforms
✅ Shift Flexibility
General shift and Europe shift
