1. Applied Math & ML Skills: Statistics, Regression, Forecasting, Decision Trees, Optimization, Clustering, NLP

JOB ROLE: STORE INCHARGE

JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Oversee all store operations, including receiving, stocking, and organizing merchandise
2. Ensure the store is clean, well-organized, and visually appealing to customers
Hire, train, and supervise staff, including cashiers, stockers, and associates
Create schedules and assign tasks to staff to ensure efficient operation of the store
3. Respond to customer inquiries, resolve customer complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction
4. Maintain inventory levels and order merchandise as needed
Track sales and expenses, prepare reports, and analyze data to make informed business decisions
5. Implement loss prevention measures, such as monitoring security cameras and conducting regular store audits

Comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and manage a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

SALARY: Depends on current salary

Candidate must have at least 3-4 years’ experience in operations/Inventory Management/Retail store Management/Q-Commerce/Manpower Planning/Contingency Management and Good in manpower handling.
